Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via your account dashboard or email within 30 days of receipt to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the parcel.

  Ship the Item

  Send the package back to our distribution center using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery; please retain your postage receipt for your records.

  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch an exchange within 3 to 5 business days to your original payment method.
